1- How to pay the registration fee?

Due to technical difficulties of transferring money to Iran from outside, we accept the on desk registration for participants from other countries. The on desk registration for non-Iranian participants would be considered as "Early registration" and would be paid in cash (200 USD for students and 350 USD for non-student participants).
