2. Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines
Oral presenters will be allowed 15 minutes to deliver their paper and 5 minutes for questions. Posters should have the size of a standard A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm × cm = 33.11 × 46.81 in × in) in portrait layout.
3. VENUE and ACCOMODATION
The conference will be held in the 5 stars Espinas Hotel in the heart of Tehran. The main accommodation for conference participants is also in this hotel. Single and double rooms can be reserved for the stay of participants during the conference. We negotiated the room rates to lower prices.
4. Budget hotel for students
We offer a budget hotel for participants during conference.
Double: $20/person/night.
Single: $40/person/night.
Students get priority; however, all participants can apply.

5. Registration open for educational meeting and workshop
Educational meeting and workshop will be held from April 6 to 10 in "Kheyroudkenar" Educational Forest in the central part of the Hyrcanian forests. Participation will be limited to a maximum of 20 people.
6. Final extension of deadline for abstract submission
Due to numerous requests for an extension of the deadline for the call of abstracts the ADA2013 organizing committee decided to make final extension of deadline for abstract submission till 31st October, 2013.
7. FAQ: How to pay the registration fee?
Due to technical difficulties of transferring money to Iran from outside, we accept the on desk registration for participants from other countries. This would be considered as "Early registration".
8. Abstracts submission date
Abstracts submission date has been extended.
9. Pre-Conference Fieldweek
The ADA2013 Pre-Conference Fieldweek's information will be available on the website, soon.
10. Abstract Submission Open
Abstract submission is now open for the 3rd International Conference of Asian Dendrochronology Association (ADA 2013). The deadline for abstract submission is 30 August 2012.
