Prior to the conference, there will be an educational meeting and workshop for interested participants especially students and young scientists. Sampling, educational meetings and laboratory exercises will be conducted in "Kheyroudkenar" Educational Forest in the central part of the Hyrcanian forests. Participants can take part from all over the world and 3 leaders from different countries will conduct the programs. This pre-conference educational meeting is aimed to teach participants how to gather raw data; present new advancements in data analysis and will emphasize climatic change studies based on tree ring traits.
